Welcome to Swastik Gold ("we", "us", "our", or "Company"). This Privacy Policy applies to the Swastik Gold mobile application (available on the Google Play Store) and its associated website and streaming API services (accessible at https://swastikgold.net).

Swastik Gold is an independent, self-reliant bullion enterprise located in Jalore, Rajasthan, India. The application operates autonomously and relies directly on Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) live benchmark market data as its primary source to provide real-time trading rates for Gold (24K, 22K, 18K), Silver (Chorsa, Rupa, Peti), MCX Futures, COMEX international spot rates, user-customized price alerts, and customer order booking services.

This document explains in transparent detail what information we collect, why we collect it, how it is handled, and your explicit rights under applicable Indian Information Technology Acts, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP), and Google Play Developer Program Policies.

We believe in minimal data collection. We only gather information that is strictly necessary to deliver live bullion rates, user-configured price notifications, and customer order support.

To ensure maximum peace of mind, we explicitly declare that our application does NOT collect, inspect, or process:

• No Banking or Card Details: We never ask for or store bank login passwords, UPI PINs, credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or OTPs from financial institutions.
• No Background Location: We do NOT track your GPS coordinates or background geographic movement.
• No Access to Private Files: We do NOT access your contacts, SMS inboxes, personal photo gallery, camera, or microphone.
• No Third-Party Advertising Trackers: We do not sell user data to advertising networks or data brokers.

The Swastik Gold Android application requests only standard, non-invasive Android operating system permissions:

• INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Required to establish encrypted SSL connections to retrieve live bullion prices from official MCX live market feeds and our secure cloud servers.
• POST_NOTIFICATIONS (Android 13+): Required solely to deliver user-configured rate threshold alerts (e.g., "Gold MCX reached ₹1,55,000") and firm announcements. You can turn this off anytime in Android App Settings.
• VIBRATE & WAKE_LOCK: Used to temporarily notify the device when a critical price alert trigger is met, even if the device screen is off.
• RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED: Allows the app's local price alert monitoring service to re-register active user threshold alerts when your device is restarted.

We work exclusively with industry-standard, globally certified service providers for infrastructure and messaging:

• Google Play Services & Firebase (Google LLC): Used for secure push notifications (FCM) and app distribution. Google Privacy Policy.
• MCX Real-Time Market Data: The application functions as an independent, self-reliant platform operating directly on Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) live market benchmarks and real-time commodity data feeds.
• Cloud Infrastructure (Render / Google Cloud): Securely hosts backend synchronization services with automated SSL/TLS encryption.

We apply robust administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect your data:

• Encryption in Transit: All data transmissions between the application, web browser, and backend servers are strictly encrypted using TLS 1.3 / HTTPS and Secure WebSockets (WSS).
• Single Active Session Security: To prevent account hijacking, our system enforces single active session verification. Logging in on a new device terminates unauthorized sessions.
• Retention Period: Customer authentication logs are retained only as long as an active account exists or as required by Indian commercial record-keeping standards. Price alert entries are stored locally on your device and are cleared upon app uninstallation or user reset.

In full compliance with Google Play Store User Data policies, every user has the absolute right to access, rectify, or request complete, permanent deletion of their account and personal information.

Upon receipt of your request, our administrative team will verify the account and permanently purge your registration record, session tokens, and transaction logs from our server database within 48 to 72 business hours.

Our services and applications are exclusively intended for commercial and financial bullion tracking for adults (jewelers, bullion dealers, and adult market investors). We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please notify us immediately at [email protected] and we will promptly delete the data.

We may periodically update our Privacy Policy to reflect new app features, technological advancements, or regulatory requirements. Any modifications will be posted directly to this URL (https://swastikgold.net/privacy) with an updated effective date. Continued use of the application after amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
